If two or more parties tie in seats, the one with the higher share of the vote across all four constituencies will resolve to Yes and all others to No
A joint list registered with the electoral authority before the nomination deadline counts for the market's party only if that party is named first in the list's name; a separate local list, such as Sa Unió in Formentera, does not add to any party's seats
All 59 seats are directly elected; there are no overhang, leveling or appointed seats
