The underlying is Carbon Arc's full-month year-over-year foot-traffic index for Dollar Tree, based on mobile location data. An index value of 100 means visits equal the same month in the prior year. Values above 100 indicate growth and values below 100 indicate decline; for example, 103 means 3% more visits and 97 means 3% fewer visits than the same month in the prior year.
