For parliamentary elections, the party winning the most seats in the Parliament of Navarre wins. If two parties tie in seats, the one with the higher share of the total vote will resolve to Yes and all others to No.
Only lists formally registered with the electoral authorities before the nomination deadline count. A joint list that includes UPN (for example, UPN with the PP) counts as UPN. If one list includes more than one listed party, it counts only for the first listed.
Seats and votes are those proclaimed by the Junta Electoral Provincial de Navarra. All 50 seats are elected in one constituency; there are no overhang, levelling or appointed seats.
