The market resolves based on the value of Ornn - OpenAI average price per million tokens as reported by Ornn (https://dashboard.ornnai.com/tokens). 

This market will resolve based on the most recent settled print on Aug 31, 2026 at 10AM ET. Ornn settles each daily print approximately 12 hours after that day's 00:00 UTC close, the settled print available at Expiration Time may reference the prior calendar day's Underlying, not the Expiration Date itself.

Revisions to the underlying made after expiration will not be accounted for. The "USD" iteration of the index will be used unless explicitly stated otherwise. Values are rounded to two decimal places unless otherwise specified.
