A coalition's candidate is the candidate it registers with the Central Election Commission (KQZ) for the Tirana mayoral election, or an independent candidate that the listed party in it (the Socialist Party, the Democratic Party or Lëvizja Bashkë) publicly declares as its own candidate before the KQZ candidate-registration deadline. A party running without a coalition counts as a coalition of one, and membership is fixed at registration. Any other candidate a coalition's parties support does not count for it. If one coalition includes more than one of the Socialist Party, the Democratic Party and Lëvizja Bashkë, it counts only for the first of them in that order. A registered party that a listed party merges into counts as that party. The 2027 Tirana mayoral election is the regular election for Mayor of Tirana held as part of Albania's 2027 local elections; an early or partial election does not count.
