The market resolves based on the Close price of the USD/CAD exchange rate as published by Pyth Network At 6:45 AM EDT on Oct 13, 2026. The Target Price of 1.42580 equals the value of the USD/CAD exchange rate as published by Pyth Network at the opening of the 15-minute window. "Above" means strictly greater than (  ). Revisions to the Underlying made after Expiration will not be accounted for in determining the Expiration Value.

Rounding to 5 decimal places shall be assumed unless otherwise specified.

If an Expiration Value cannot be determined at the specified time, the market may be resolved pursuant to the Market Outcome Review Process under Rule 7.1, including by reference to a substantially equivalent replacement feed published by the Source Agency.
