If Bogdan Święczkowski is reinstated as President of Poland's Constitutional Tribunal after Issuance and before Jan 1, 2027, then the market resolves to Yes.

Only reporting from any of the Source Agencies qualifies for the purposes of this market. Reports that merely reference prior publications (from before Issuance) do not qualify. Republishing of content originally produced by other sources (e.g., wire services) only qualifies if the content is hosted on the outlet's official platform and the outlet is clearly identified as the publishing entity.

Reinstatement counts once the Oct 30, 2026 orders suspending Bogdan Święczkowski are no longer in effect (lifted, overturned or lapsed without a replacement order or suspension) and he is reported to have resumed the duties of President at the Constitutional Tribunal, with the acting leadership no longer exercising them.

The following do NOT count:
A statement by Bogdan Święczkowski, President Karol Nawrocki or others that he remains President of the Constitutional Tribunal
His entering the Tribunal's grounds or building, or appearing at the Tribunal, without a report that he has resumed his duties as President
His signing documents, issuing orders or convening judges as President outside the Tribunal, or while another judge is reported to be leading the Tribunal
A ruling or resolution declaring the Oct 30 orders invalid that is not followed by his reported return to leading the Tribunal
A call or demand for his reinstatement
