If John Fetterman has resigned, retired, or otherwise voluntarily stepped down from their Congressional office, or announced their intent to resign, retire, or otherwise voluntarily step down from their office prematurely, before Jan 1, 2028, then the market resolves to Yes.

The following do NOT satisfy the Payout Criterion:
An announcement that John Fetterman will not seek reelection in 2028 while serving out his term.
A change in John Fetterman's party affiliation.

If John Fetterman dies, the market may resolve at the last traded price before his death or before the circumstances giving rise to it became known or reasonably anticipated, or at another fair price.
