If the Executive Board of the International Monetary Fund approves a new financing arrangement for Senegal after Issuance and before Jan 1, 2027, then the market resolves to Yes.

Only reporting from the International Monetary Fund qualifies for the purposes of this market. Reports that merely reference prior publications (from before Issuance) do not qualify. Republishing of content originally produced by other sources (e.g., wire services) only qualifies if the content is hosted on the outlet's official platform and the outlet is clearly identified as the publishing entity.

Executive Board approval of a new arrangement counts regardless of its final size or facility, including the 36-month Extended Credit Facility agreed at staff level on Sep 1, 2026. Disbursement is not required.

The following do NOT count:
A staff-level agreement, or a statement by IMF management or staff that the program is expected to go to the Executive Board
A Board decision on a waiver or on the misreporting case without approval of a new arrangement
A Staff-Monitored Program, or an emergency disbursement without a new arrangement
