Description from Kalshi. A cross-platform summary is generated once this event is matched across platforms.

A party's candidate is the person INEC lists as that party's nominee for this election; a candidate the party substitutes under INEC rules still counts for that party. A candidate who runs under another party's name, even if backed by the party, does not count for it. If a party merges into another registered party, the successor party's candidate counts. A candidate registered under a listed party's own name counts only for that party; if a candidate would otherwise count for more than one listed party through a merger, the candidate counts only for the first of them in the order APC, PDP, NDC, LP, ADC and NNPP. APC is the All Progressives Congress, PDP the Peoples Democratic Party, NDC the Nigeria Democratic Congress, LP the Labour Party, ADC the African Democratic Congress, NNPP the New Nigeria Peoples Party. If a second election is held, the winner is the candidate INEC finally declares elected. This market is eligible for accelerated resolution by a consensus of media calls. See full rules for details.
