Description from Kalshi. A cross-platform summary is generated once this event is matched across platforms.
For parliamentary/legislative elections, the winner is the party, coalition, or alliance winning the most seats in the specified chamber. If two or more parties tie for the most seats, the one with the higher share of the vote will resolve to Yes and all others to No. This market counts only the 27 Senate seats contested in this election, whether decided in the first round (more than 50% of valid votes) or the runoff. Each seat goes to the nominating party (navrhující strana) that the Czech Statistical Office lists for the winning candidate, whether or not the candidate is a party member. In a joint nomination, only the nominating party listed by the Czech Statistical Office receives the seat, not the other parties backing the candidate. A coalition or alliance is not a separate party. Share of the vote means the combined first-round votes of the candidates a party nominated, as listed by the Czech Statistical Office, across the 27 districts. This market is eligible for accelerated resolution by a consensus of media calls. See full rules for details.
