Kolkata Municipal Corporation election winner? — Next corporation election

The winner is the party winning the most wards in the next general election to the Kolkata Municipal Corporation (not a by-election to a single ward). Each ward elects one councillor. A ward counts for the party on whose symbol its winning candidate contested. Allied parties are counted separately, and wards won by independents, including party-backed independents, count for no party. Mamata Trinamool and Ritabrata Trinamool are the Trinamool Congress factions led by Mamata Banerjee and Ritabrata Banerjee, each counted separately under whatever name and symbol it contests with. If two parties win the same number of wards, the one with the higher share of the vote across all wards resolves Yes and all others No. If an unlisted party wins the most wards, every named market resolves NO.
