The candidate declared elected by Porirua City Council, the relevant electoral authority, resolves to YES; every other candidate resolves to NO. This market is eligible for accelerated resolution by a consensus of media calls. See full rules for details. Resolution follows the official declaration of the result, not preliminary or progress counts. First-preference standings do NOT determine resolution; the winner is the candidate elected after all transfers are counted.
