Description from Kalshi. A cross-platform summary is generated once this event is matched across platforms.
An Emergency Directive counts once CISA has published it on its Cybersecurity Directives page at https://www.cisa.gov/news-events/directives. It counts whatever its subject, but it must be a newly issued Emergency Directive that carries its own Emergency Directive number. The following do NOT count: A new version of an existing Emergency Directive, such as V1 of ED 26-03 A supplemental direction to an existing Emergency Directive A Binding Operational Directive An addition to the Known Exploited Vulnerabilities catalog, and any remediation deadline that follows from one A CISA alert, advisory or other guidance urging agencies or the public to act A statement that an Emergency Directive is under consideration or forthcoming
