Description from Kalshi. A cross-platform summary is generated once this event is matched across platforms.
Only reporting from any of the Source Agencies qualifies for the purposes of this market. Reports that merely reference prior publications (from before Issuance) do not qualify. Republishing of content originally produced by other sources (e.g., wire services) only qualifies if the content is hosted on the outlet's official platform and the outlet is clearly identified as the publishing entity. The main building is the Kennedy Center's original riverfront building, which houses the Concert Hall, Opera House, Eisenhower Theater, Terrace Theater and Grand Foyer. The REACH, the grounds, the plaza and the parking garage are not part of the main building. The name the building carries does not matter. The main building reopens to the public when members of the general public are admitted inside it for a performance, event, tour or visit. Reopening any part of the main building is enough, and there is no minimum duration. The following do NOT satisfy the Payout Criterion: Programming at the REACH, on the grounds or at other venues Access limited to staff, contractors, inspectors, officials, press, donors or invited guests A private or invitation-only event An announcement, court order or decision that the main building will reopen, before it actually reopens
