If legislation that extends the Cybersecurity Information Sharing Act of 2015 has become law after Issuance and before Dec 12, 2026, then the market resolves to Yes. The Cybersecurity Information Sharing Act of 2015 is the statute at Title I of Division N of Public Law 114-113 (6 U.S.C. 1501 et seq.), not the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency. Its authorities are in effect through December 11, 2026. Legislation extends the Act if it postpones the date on which the Act ceases to have effect, or otherwise reauthorizes it, for any length of time. It counts whether it is enacted as a standalone bill or as a provision of a larger bill, such as a defense authorization, an appropriations act or a continuing resolution, and whether final passage comes on the bill itself, a conference report or a motion to concur.
