If the Epstein Files Transparency Act II has passed the House after Issuance and before Jan 3, 2027, then the market resolves to Yes. The Epstein Files Transparency Act II is the bill Rep. Thomas Massie introduced on Jul 15, 2026 to let state attorneys general and victims sue the Attorney General of the United States over withheld or redacted records under the Epstein Files Transparency Act. A renamed, amended or substitute version also counts, including the substitute that the discharge petition would attach to a different House bill, if the text the House passes still lets state attorneys general or victims sue the Attorney General. The measure must pass the full House by any means, including voice vote, unanimous consent, suspension of the rules, a special rule or a discharge petition. Committee approval, adoption of a rule providing for consideration, or a discharge petition reaching 218 signatures without passage does NOT count. Senate passage and enactment do NOT count.
