Description from Kalshi. A cross-platform summary is generated once this event is matched across platforms.
If the first candidate Donald Trump endorses for the 2028 Republican presidential nomination does not win the nomination at the 2028 Republican National Convention, then the market resolves to Yes. Endorsements are determined per the specifications of the ENDORSE contract. The first endorsement is Donald Trump's first qualifying endorsement of one or more people for the 2028 Republican presidential nomination, made after Issuance and before the Republican Party nominates its presidential candidate. A single statement or ticket that endorses more than one person at the same time, such as a president and a vice president, counts as one first endorsement that names each of them. Later endorsements, and any later withdrawal of the first endorsement, do NOT change which endorsement was first. The Republican nominee refers to the person formally nominated for President at the 2028 Republican National Convention. If the first endorsement names more than one person, the market resolves to Yes only if none of them becomes the Republican nominee. If Donald Trump makes no qualifying endorsement before the nomination, the market resolves to No.
